The surrounding infrastructure is excellent. Lots to choose from here from condos to smaller homes to customs.It is approximately a 15 min drive to the center of the strip. It is distinguished, in my opinion, by its beautiful parks and recreation areas. All the homes are relatively new and there is usually a good selection of properties on the market. Over 200 acres are dedicated to community amenities including parks, schools, recreational centers, open space areas, pedestrian and bike paths and places of worship. It is a small planned community of 1,310 acres with around 3,100 total residences. It extends both east and west of Valle Verde Dr. This planned community is located south of Lake Mead Dr.
